鍛錬Section · Leadership Retreat

Second-line leadership — experienced, not lectured.

A multi-day retreat for second-line leaders. We combine experiential leadership formats with the principles of Budo and a daily training block. The exercises themselves stay unnamed on purpose — their effect depends on meeting them unprepared. Learning happens through experience, not slides.

01

Who it's for

Second-line leaders — team leads, department heads and emerging managers who carry responsibility and want to sharpen their real-world impact. Classic C-suite coaching is intentionally not our focus.

02

Experiential exercises

We work in formats where leadership actually shows up — not just gets explained. We tell you what they are for. How they are built, you experience on site.

  • Collaboration under conditions where going solo simply fails
  • Leading in direct conversation — with honest, structured feedback
  • Deciding and communicating when information is incomplete
  • Reflection in guided rounds, no front-of-room lectures
03

Budo as the thread

A real training session every morning and evening. We teach the basics of Karate and self-defence — posture, breath, distance, voice. We usually train on a school gym floor or, ideally, a wooden floor, deliberately without mats. What works there works in the project room or in the spaces of your leadership team.

04

The closing

The final evening belongs to an experience we deliberately don't describe here. The goal is self-assertion: take space, find your voice, stay with yourself under real pressure. Safely supervised, professionally calibrated — and explained in detail only on site.

05

Format

Two to three days as a closed retreat, group size 6–12. The rooms are typically project or workshop rooms in leadership areas — open, modern, and adapted to your team culture. The training floor is a school gym floor or, ideally, a wooden floor; we work without mats. Venue and setting for the closing are agreed confidentially with the client. Safety, medical clearance and informed consent of every participant are required and part of the preparation.
